Statement of Risk
While we manage our Capital Company in a manner to ensure strong investment returns, all members will be required to acknowledge that an investment in any Peterson Capital Company carries risk of loss. If the investor is uncomfortable with the prospect of losing their entire investment in the Capital Company, they should not invest and seek a lower risk investment vehicle. The investor must acknowledge that all investments, including this one, carries risk of substantial financial loss.
